Salon Etiquette

1. As a courtesy to other clients, please arrive on time. Please note that being late compromises your treatment time.
2. To maintain a tranquil atmosphere during treatments we request that mobile phones are switched off.
3. Our Cancellation Policy: clients are kindly asked to give 24 hours notice for cancellation or the full appointment fee will be charged.
4. A confidential consultation will be carried out prior to any treatments being given; to discuss individual treatment requirements and any health conditions that may contra-indicate or restrict treatment availability. Your therapist will advise you appropriately during the consultation period.
5. On completion of you treatment you will be given post-treatment advice to enhance the benefits of the treatment received.
6. For health and safety reasons we prefer children not to be brought into the salon.
